Alan Gotthardt
Lead Pastor
Alan Gotthardt joined Journey Church as lead pastor in January 2025. He holds a
Master of Divinity with an emphasis in Christian Ethics from Southeastern Seminary.
Alan is passionate about the gospel and discipleship, dedicating his ministry to helping
people grow in their faith and become more like Jesus. An avid reader, Alan has been
deeply influenced by authors like Dallas Willard, John Mark Comer, Richard Foster, Tim
Keller, and John Piper. Alan and his wife, Ashley, were married in 2018 and are proud
parents to their daughter, Emersyn (3.5), and son, Levi (2). Together, they are excited to
be part of what God is doing at Journey Church and in the Tifton community.
